While self-planned travel is easier than ever, demand for travel planners has grown, Many offer scheduling, budgeting, and destination guidance but often lack flexibility for personalization
and group collaboration, making itinerary customization and coordination challenging.

Below are the 4 main travel planners that came up most often in survey responses. My goal was to compare what features they had to offer in order to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Ideation

Using the MoSCoW method, I prioritized essential features for Voyage: itinerary management, real-time location sharing, in-app messaging, and expense tracking as must-haves.
